I'm pleased to share our April Special CanAm EdTech MindShare Report capturing highlights from across North America.
The acceleration of vaccinations gives us hope that Canada will begin to return to some sense of normalcy in the coming weeks as our neighbours to the south are beginning to enjoy.
Stay safe and stay positive my friends and colleagues in these challenging times, your students and kids need your inpsiraiton and support!
We can look forward to brighter days ahead, along with reimagined schools harnessing the innovative spirit and shift this past year by ed leaders, teachers and students.
Kudos to you for rising to the challenge and embracing change for the betterment of our students and their well-being. The notion that, "it takes a digital village to raise a child in the 21st century," has never rung more true today. A BIG shoutout to our EdTech industry partners whose apps and learning platforms enabled us to sustain learning and going beyond what was ever imagined. We couldn't have done it without their essential tech tools and support.
To that end, each month we will be spotlighting Canadian and U.S. EdTech solution providers. This month's MindShareTV feature recorded podcast is U.S. EdTech industry thought leader Rita Ferrandino, Founding Partner, Arc Capital. Rita's deep knowledge and insight on trends and school district needs in the way of PD for teachers, SEL solutions and more, makes her podcast essential listening for both education and EdTech partner. Rita also sheds light on some of the massive Fed funding investment in education in the U.S. and priority areas.
Canada's D.J. Cunningham, Founder & CEO, LEARNstyle offers excellent insight in the SpecEd space and how they transformed their business to provide online PD support for teachers and students as well as online STEM camps. His IEP platform and inspiration to launch his company due to his personal challenges as a student, is heart-warming.
